Why did Septa not have shuttle buses to accommodate the people that live or Work in or around Darby. Your driver didn’t know what to do but he did try. He eventually kicked people off the 11 trolley after other riders had waited and hour for a shuttle bus. Then instead of informing your passengers at 13th 15th or 30th street about not having trolley service past Island & Woodland Ave they just let people pile on the trolley to kick them off. Septa is the worst part of my day every day. The past several trains I've had to take were over half an hour late. It's not uncommon. I've had to start to take earlier trains to get where I need to go- and even then I end up being late because you can't count on the train to get you anywhere, let alone on time. I've ridden Septa for ten years and the past two have been a nightmare. How bad does it have to get before you actually fix anything?
Unbelievably inefficient for morning commute on the Paoli/Thorndale Line.
So tonight I got off the eastbound Market Frankford Line, around 5:20pm, @ the Girard station, as I usually do, and as we pulled in I found it pretty strange that the door flew open while the train was still in motion pulling into the station. Why can’t two+ people use the same septa key? Stupid.
The SEPTA Key website needs some serious functionality improvements. I have tried to create an account on several occasions and every time, after accepting the terms, it says an error has occurred. Additionally, when I went to submit this error as a comment via the “Contact Us” link, I also received an error. What’s the point of being able to register/reload your card online if that portal is inaccessible?
SEPTA is not entirely the worst but it's certainly not the best. It's very aggravating when it's late and I totally agree with everyone else who's given reviews here about the tardiness of trains and buses.
STOP GIVING PARKING TICKETS TO PEOPLE IN THE LEVITTOWN STATION PARKING LOT PEOPLE ARE PARKING IN LEGITIMATE PARKING SPACES. TELL OFFICER 78 THAT HE NEED GLASSES.
