If I could give them a 0 - 0 - 0 - 0, I would I mean it's just ridiculous all this week the 46 bus has been just running on a crazy freaking schedule I mean you leave early and you're still late so I missed the one bus so then the other bus come right behind it so now I'm really late, maybe I could put a little more but if I would have known another bus was going to come like two spaces faces it, and then the bus drivers have to have like a nasty attitude
I would just like Septa to update the times that subways, trolleys, etc. will arrive at stations. I'm tired of being disappointed when the subway never shows up (even though I was 5 mins early) and waiting an extra 15 mins past the expected time to catch the next subway. It's not fair to your customers.
I take it Septa no longer cares about those cloth seats on the buses as well as those on the Market-Frankford line. There have been times I’ve seen stains on every single seat on a bus. Another time, I got off a bus early because it had roaches. The worst trip was when I boarded one bus and there was a syringe in the darn seat. Horrendous!!!!
Septa always want to go up on their prices. But their workers need to learn how to deal with the public. None of them workers have customer service skill. I made am report an of course it was nothing done. They wont be happy until they get a major lawsuit which septa will not be able to come back from
I have received consistently terrible service from practically every person I have talked to at SEPTA. The standard operating procedure among employees appears to be to (1) tell you to talk to someone else or call a number so that you can speak to an automated system and (2) imply that whatever the problem is, it must be the fault of someone else, typically the customer. It's as though SEPTA has figured out a way to hire every single rude and unhelpful person in the Philadelphia region.
I have been a SEPTA pass holder for 10 years but I am so sad today. My father, a long time US citizen was accused by a train conductor on the R3 line of gaming the system because he told him he was a senior. He was riding the train with my 9yo to bring her to her choir practice. He showed valid ID with his age as 75 but he charged him full fare and further charged him a fine for telling him that he had not been charged full fare for the last 10 years! The conductor then accused my 9yo of being 14 and not wanting to pay for a... read more
Trolley 9076 is sexist. I pulled the cord to get off. He said not a stop. 49th and Kingsessing. Yet when a man pulled the cord to get off at 49th and greenway he let him off. It's not a stop either. He needs to be reprimanded. It's offensive. I wonder how many other women he's disrespected.
Stranded last night at Suburban without any announcements that trains would no longer run on my route - scrambling to get an Uber after waiting deep into the night.
