SEPTA deserves the lowest possible rating for being unreliable during the day and for not running trains at night. Based on my limited experience, SEPTA either runs too late, or in today's case, their train arrived too soon, causing me to miss it and thus forcing me to wait a full one hour for the next train. If that's not enough, they need more train routes especially towards the far Northeast and their prices are way too high, with very inconvenient ways to obtain tickets. Shame!!!
I fucking hate septa, why do we pay y’all $25.50 a week for y’all to never be on time or for the fucking bus/trolley/trains to break down? I hope everyone at this corporation burns in hell
Why do bus drivers let people blare their music at full volume without earphones on buses? The driver should stop, and say "shut that off, or we are not moving!"
It would be nice if y’all hired drivers who actually show up for the route 56 night shift no one feels like waiting for an hour to get on funky as bus
Somerset station is the worst.Everymorning it's dirty needles all over trash and the elevator are either not turned on or the gate is locked. The Operators are rude no Customer service skills half the time they're sleep and this is 5 am in the morning.No elderly person should have to walk up so many steps . I'm going to start sending pictures to headquarters if you don't get that station together. No air conditioning in at least two train cars on the West Trenton line departing from Suburban Station @ 4:27. Absolutely unacceptable with the heat today.
The entire web operations team, as well as customer service needs replacing. Review of both operations should not be done by internal SEPTA management for they will not have the ability to see just how culturally and therefore technically out of touch they really. Late all of the time with no communication about it. Been sitting in a broken train for over an hour with no air condition in 100 degree weather. You need to do better septa and communicate with riders.
Sending the car without the airconditioner when it is 100 degrees outside and let it sit every 100 feet was a terrible idea. Who that has a brain would do it?
