This was the worst car shopping experience. Thought we got the car 27 days later they made us give it back. They dropped the credit score over 100 points from checking different loan places. When filling out the paperwork was told to leave the amount made empty. They put in an amount where the check stubs didn't add up so there was no one that would finance . When taking the car back was told my 1000 down payment would be ready today and they still don't know where it is. Very disappointed with such a local business...

Worst customer service EVER! Days after purchasing my dealer tag was stollen. I contacted the finance department several times about getting a new one and not one time was my call return. Meanwhile without the title I couldn't even get a tag so I had to drive over a week without anything on the vehicle. Today one day short of two weeks after purchasing the vehicle I got the title in the mail and was able to get the vehicle tagged. Took my car in for an alignment. Made an appointment for 1215p and at 1p the service advisor came into wait area and said they were gonna get started since tech was at lunch.(why let me make an appointment if knew techs would be at lunch)? I kept waiting finally around 230p I walked outside and saw my car sitting there. It'd been done for half hour and nobody informed me. I wish there was more than five stars!! I love this place, my whole family loves it! In 2015 my mom bought me a 2014 LT Silverado then she bought herself a 2015 Tahoe then we came back in 2016 and traded in my 2014 Silverado for a 2016 LT 4x4 off road Silverado then my mom also traded in her 2015 Tahoe for a 2016 Suburban! I bought a 2012 Chevy Equinox from them at the beginning of Nov 2016. The check engine light came on the other day, so I called up there and told them that the light had came on. I was told that I could bring the Equinox in and they would look at it, but they would charge me. So I take it to my brother who is ASE certified mechanic to look at it. After looking at it for a while he found that it has at least a blown head gasket! I am absolutely disgusted! Do not buy anything from this dealership regardless of the price!
