On two separate occasions I have taken my car in at the scheduled appointment time on a Saturday 10am and 11:30am and I'm told that my car won't even be looked at until Monday both times. The first time I wasn't happy, but thought maybe just a mix up and I left and brought my car back on Monday. The second occasion, today, the guy said that there was nothing he could do until Monday. If only no stars was an option... One star is an over-inflated exaggeration of the service my wife and I have received to date. After four weeks, we still do not have our vehicle. Our vehicle started making a rattling, clacking sound that revved up when cold starting the engine. Had a small issue in service department, and after leaving a voicemail, the GM personally gave me a call back in less than an hour and made it right, really appreciate it and what amazing customer service!!! Would definitely refer friends and family, thank you again!!

I gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option! I signed my loan papers and the next day was offered a cheaper interest rate. The finance manager, Chris, assured me that nothing had changed on the loan other than the rate. NOTHING changed but a charge for a $934 Caltex interior protection plan was added that we did not agree to purchase! Do not buy from here. They make promises they do not keep, both Derrick Ellis and Michael Maish said they would fix an issue I had, and now neither of them are no where to be found and won't return calls or emails. Worst customer experience I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the headache! EDIT: South Pointe did finally do what they said they would, only after I wrote this. Drove 3 hours one way to buy a truck that was suppose to have gone through the service department and checked out , during my test drive I noticed a loud noise coming from the rear end. I had them send it back through their service department and they determined it was the rear diff going out. The part alone cost $1200 not counting labor. They only offered to come off of the price $500. I guess they felt with a 6 hour round trip we would just suck it up and buy it. We didn't!
