When I purchased my car in 2012 off the lot, they had it detailed with a full tank of gas and custom car mats in the showroom ready for pickup. BEING A WOMAN, I never felt pressured or "stocked" by a salesman at any point. They truly provided great business and in the future when I need a new car, I will be doing business here once more. I am here for routine tune up and maintenance and was offered a complimentary rental car to drive while I wait. Yeah buddy!!!
Love the helpfulness!! Such a sweet and driven team until you have to actually use the warranty.. not what was explained at time of purchase. If I had to do it over I would of waited on the car I ordered instead of the one they brought me and skipped the warranties. 2ND car with Southpoint, I will go elsewhere in the future.
Had my oil changed at SP today and was there foe 2-1/2 hours and as we all know the world is about great and friendly customer service and that long os a wait is not acceptable in my books. After 2 hours I asked how much longer and the device tech took me to the garage and showed me they were working on it and told me he only had two people working so SP if you are that busy hire more people. I have been getting my car serviced there for the last 3 years and have never had to wait this long. Guess I will try Jim Norton Chevy... read more
