After shopping at several dealerships around Tulsa, I am very pleased with the quality of service I received from South Pointe! Being in sales myself, I have very high expectations when it comes to customer service and business ethics. Austin worked very hard to earn my business! Not only did I get into a vehicle that exceeded my expectations, but Chris in their finance department was able to get me a very competitive interest rate as well!
Made an appointment for an oil change only to get there and be told there was a 2 hour wait. What was the point of making an appointment?

I got my first car at South Point from the best car salesman. I recommend anyone looking for a car to ask for Rico Peters! 5 stars for sure. Great with communication and any questions you may have.

I have bought two cars from this dealership and will never spend my money with them again. One year after I bought my vehicle I am finding out that they lie to customers and add things for outrageous prices without telling the customer what they are getting. Also, nobody will ever call you back. They are quick to take your money, but once they have it, they will never take the time to speak to you again.

I had a great experience today fair deal on my trade in and a fair deal on the one I purchased. My salesman Levi did an excellent job, Mike the used car sales manager was fantastic, I can't complain this was the most enjoyable sales experience I have had at a car dealer in a long time.

Got a nail in a tire while visiting Tulsa -- I called around a bit and South Pointe was able to take us right away, fix the tire, and get us back on the road home. All while being friendly and not trying to upsell. If I lived in Tulsa, they'd definitely be my regular service folks.
I have to sing praises for South Pointe. They were kind and courteous. They were understanding of my needs and took great care of my Camaro while repairs were made. They contacted me with updates daily and made sure I was in the know. A special thanks to my service man, Braden.

My husband and I had a great experience and would buy from the again! We were never "pressured". They were real and straight forward with us and the cheapest we found around town! Guy was our salesmen and Jay (I think �) was the number cruncher for us and talked to us like normal people and not "car salesmen" would talk or pressure. We had to leave to go pick our daughter up from school and came back and had everything ready to go and we were in and out! Very please!!!
