After buying g a truck earlier in the year we went back to buy a 2ND car and what a lesson we learned. We bought in the dark or I would have noticed the bald tires yes it is used but really. Then we asked for something to be fixed and they lied about it being fixed and I waited 4 days to pickup. And then was told the registration would go off a certain number and yet it was not true I like the truck but really disappointed in the service I have received.

Finance Dept is not knowledge of the high dollar bumper to bumper inside and out warranty. They assure you "all is covered" only to find out the warranty is not cancelable and your claim is NOT COVERED. We were told 3 weeks ago the service dept would make good. No one knows anything about your claim when you call. No one returns calls. You can sit on hold for 15 minutes. HORRIBEL HORRIBLE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE.
