Service Center needs a major change. Manager needs to get more organized.
Scheduled a tire change appointment at dealership via Chevrolet’s website. I received a call indicating that the tire i had scheduled for wasn’t in their system and was much more expensive. Later, a manager revised and said the tire was out of stock across the entire U.S. This tire is readily available at or below South Pointe’s advertised price. I could literally buy it at Walmart. This is a case of a dealership not wanting to honor advertised pricing.

I worked with Brian Johnson in the used dealership- he (and the staff) were AMAZING . Brian was very helpful, he helped work around my schedule at work to come test drive and then to sign paperwork. He made sure that I stayed in my budget (even factoring in insurance). I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before, anybody looking to buy or lease a used vehicle- I 1000% recommended Brian.

The service advisor Charles Tottres was great- personable and funny and polite, I was very happy dealing with him. The only thing Not great was the wait time 2 hours 15 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. But the waiting room was pleasant and quiet, and he drove my car right to me and even gave me directions to leave the parking lot - thank you Charles!

We came in just wanting to test drive a few cars not expecting to find the one that we wanted that same day. We had an awesome experience dealing with Jason Fountain our “Show person” at South point. He was extremely helpful and made us feel comfortable the whole way. We ended up buying a car from them that same day and we absolutely love it.
