A friend of mine bought a car from here last month. She never got her title nor did they tell her when she bought her car that they didn't have one for it. She has spent 3 days trying to get her title and finally was told that they don't have it. And guess what her tag is due this week. Guess they don't care about people getting tickets for no tag as long as they get their commission from the sale. Crappy lying salesman. I myself will never set foot on their sales floor.

Brian & Jason made my first car purchase amazing! I did not think I would be able to get a new car, but I drove out in a 2018 Cruze. Jason was very helpful explaining the features of my car & much more. He even filled my tank up before I left. Brian was very easy to get along with & made me feel confident purchasing the car. Frustrated with long wait times and inconsistencies at other dealerships (failure to address tire pressures, etc) I decided to try South Pointe Service for routine maintenance today. Their price on the online offer wasn’t quite as good, but when I produced a printout they not only honored it... they beat it! Wait time with an appointment was less than half of what I have experienced with competitors. I checked my onboard displays and was pleased to find that all related displays had been reset.
