My son bought his first brand new car yesterday from South Pointe. Scott Hillsberry worked his tail off for our son to get him the best possible deal. I was amazed at the rates Scott was able to get for my son on his first new car purchase! Mike Wolfe who was our salesman was very informative about the car and the process was quick, easy and pain free. Mike got the car detailed and filled up with gas and had us out the door.

Good service
Went in for the weekend special for an oil change. All that was fine and good. However...I specifically asked to NOT have the tires rotated. That was included as part of the oil change, but as I had just purchased new tires for the front of my Tahoe...I did not want them rotated. I made that request know to service drive adviser, Jodi. Sure enough when car was done...the tires had been rotated �. He made a lame excuse that the service guys just “get in the zone to knock em out” and don’t look at service papers.
