I have only had 1 somewhat bad experience here & they owned up to it & pd for my oil change, I did have something else done on that day too. I have been going here for 7 years & they have never treat me any differently just because I'm a girl & I love that! These are the main reason I will always come back.

Disappointed in the fact that we have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership since we have been married only to now get ignored now that we need something back from them. I will give them this they have the selling game down, but now that we spent the most we ever have on one auto and are having problems we can not get a call back to bring our Chevy Tahoe in for service. The estimate we received by email shocked the crap out of me!! I had asked for the driver seat power switch to be fixed and got estimates for 4 other things! I told Jeremy the phone number and email address for my account was wrong; he fixed the phone number but the estimate was sent to my daughter. Thankfully she got it and forwarded it to me in a timely manner. I gave permission to proceed with the seat only.
