Service department was given 10 days to repair wiring damage. When I went to pick up vehicle they hadn’t even started on the electrical. Had to rent car. Service manager was very non caring and less than sympathetic I won’t go back

I’ve had nothing but problems every time I’ve been here. This was my last visit and will not be back. I would definitely not recommend trusting this service department.

Service Department seems to have a No Call Back Policy! We had to stay on them like White on Rice to get info about our car! We finally succeeded But it was very exhausting! This has happened to us three times, I guess we're a slow learner!!...As in baseball 3 strikes your OUT!

Go see Weston in service! Great communication and overall wonderful service. Was able to get new tires, alignment and oil, all done in a couple hours. Will continue to be a customer as long as Weston is running the show! Great job Southpointe!

In July of 2017 we purchased my son a truck from their used car department. We were given a list of all of the things that they replaced or repaired to make the truck safe for driving. Fast forward to August of 2018 and we start having trouble with a part that was on the list of repaired items. we take it to them only to be told that the part was actually never replaced and that since it had been over a year since we purchased the truck they would not do anything about it. I've had my car serviced here twice and I'm very pleased! They do a free diagnosis. Very friendly staff, they worked on my car in a timely manner and also very knowledgeable about what's going on with it.. They had free donuts, popcorn, water and coffee with the side of a soda machine. Not to mention the free wifi and carwash they give you 😁
