Awesome experience with the whole dealership period from sales to service and parts I have experienced it all. This dealership is top notch
My husband and I purchased a used ford explorer from Joe. It was a quick and painless experience. I noticed my car had a leak so I took it in to them and they, no questions asked, got me a loaner and took my car in for repair. It needed the water pump replaced which is usually no big deal, but on my vehicle they had to remove all of the timing and it was a very labor intensive job. They kept me informed on what was going on and how long it would be. They were all overly nice about everything and I am forever greatful.
