Just baught a 2015 Ram from here. I delt with Mr. Joe Green, amazing salesman and was very direct with no bs sales pitches and he wasn't pushy at all. He would call me to keep me updated on them working on getting me what I wanted! The finance guy Austin did a great job for us and got us more then we wanted at the same monthly price and a lower interest rate. Good experience we will be going to buy another vehicle here!

I brought my truck in for a minor recall. My suspicion, is that they messed up my a/c on purpose, just to be able to gig me for more money. It was working perfectly when brought in. It wasn't working when delivered back to me. They wanted to charge me $1,350.00 to put in a new condenser. When I expresses my displeasure and my suspicion, they dropped it to $850.00. This pretty much confirmed my suspicion. I am going to seek legal action.
We purchased a new Chevy from South Pointe. We had a very pleasant experience buying our car. our salesman Austin, was nice and great to deal with. Our financing was easy and Capp got us our banks best rate even though we were 14 point shy of qualifying for it. We would absolutely buy another Chevy from South Pointe.

This was the second truck we have bought from South Pointe Chevrolet. Austin went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, Capps in finance was wonderful making sure we were happy with our payments. Dave the service manager and all of the service advisors have always been kind and very helpful. We drive over an hour just to use South Pointe and we will continue to do so. I highly recommend Austin and Capps to anyone that needs a new or used car.

Frank Bernabe Service Manager is great! I,appreciate his caring professionalism. The Service technicians and Mechanics took great care of me Donnie,and Terry were great they looked up a Technical Service Bulletin from the Manufacturer for me, under Franks direction, its was just what I needed. This is the absolute worst place to buy a car. Their customer service is horrible. We bought a brand new 2017 Tahoe Nov 30 2016. We've already been in SEVEN times to get things fixed and rattles fixed and it has 4900 miles on it, bought with 10 miles. Half the time they say they fix the rattles or problem but then we get in the car and it still is rattling. Our DVD player broke the second time we used it. They have been horrible to deal with. SHOUT OUT!! They earned my business. Just moved from OKC, which is where we bought our truck. David Stanley did not make clear that the lifetime warranty on tires and oil is only good at DS/OKC.
