We just stop to look not to buy, we met Austin we told him what we where looking for and he show us the car what we need, i think the price was fear he was patient with us.. Alot of people have bad experiences at dealerships- but I have to say SouthPiont stepped it up a notch. I had been to other dealers around Tulsa, and the salesmen were- well salesmen! !!!!!!!! From day one talking with Austin he was more like a friend then a salesman. Kept me informed and up to date on the status of the truck we wanted. I had a repair needed that was on a bulletin. I just missed the factory warranty on time. Had to be done so I had South Pointe do it to my reservations from past history. And history repeats itself. The valve cover was replaced and found out to have an oil leak. The gasket was rolled under the cover. Quality assurance nope. They fixed the gasket and were like sorry.

We went In on September 15 and had a salesman named Austin Nicholson and manager named Greg order us a pickup from their sister store. We signed paperwork with Vin number price and everything except the finance contract because they said their rating would be hurt if they waited five days until we took possession of the truck on the 20 because the incentives came out that day.
