One word. Bedbugs! Have fun with that. I know at least two separate residents who have bedbugs and both were told that "they brought them." If you have bedbugs and they are making you pay for treatment, then I think a class action lawsuit could be in the works, despite the bedbug addendum.
People complain about this apartment complex you can find fault with any complex but it's the people in the office and maintenance that try to keep you happy I have lived in apartment in several states this is one of the good ones every body is always ready to help.
Hoe services is A1 and the scenery is just lovely
From the office to the maintenance people they all know my frustrations.. Something new every month and I've been far to nice for far to long.. I've done quiet a bit for this complex from getting a complete floor overhaul to getting them residents got a hell of a way of showing some thanks around here..
They are a joke the day before my move in called and said I needed to pay another $300 on a deposit this was separate from the move in deposit i already made so i paid it moved in so they got a $550 deposit from me. So i move out and done a walk through with one of the ladies and everything was good I was looking at about $50 for a few things and of course carpet cleaning so i received a bill of over $300 in the mail and it had to be paid that day or it was going to collections how did I pay my rent on time never late put in... read more
