RecommendedMaintenance is A1!! I cannot compliment maintenance enough. We have lived in apartments where maintenance was a total joke. Almost every call is answered same day & the only time it isn’t is if it’s put in after hours or they have to order a part. The pool is so nice, the tanning bed & gym are always very well kept up with. The place as a whole is very clean & quiet and the amenities are awesome. I lived there from Sept 2018-Jan 17, 2020 and when I first moved there, I was so excited about how nice it looked...then reality set it in. This place literally lets ANYONE live there. We had drug dealers 2 doors down from us and then they were "evicted" AKA moved into another building. There was often a line out their door of people buying drugs-\-\the hall smelled like weed 24/7. Worse apartments in the world. Out floor in caving in. There’s roaches everywhere. Our handles and cabinet doors keep falling off from rusted nails. There’s no hot water at all and we were promised that we would have wood flooring and new appliances that we paid EXTRA for and we have nothing new and no wood flooring. This place is a joke. We’ve asked for maintenance multiple times a month since October and no one has even batted an eye.
UPDATE! BURGLAR CAUGHT IN THE ACT, BUT FLED THE SCENE!!!! Called security immediately multiple times and left a detailed message and NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!!! WTF? Incident time: February 13, 2020 on Thursday night at around 7:40-7:45pm. Door handle on neighbor's storage closet across from my apartment door was busted open. I noticed it and tried to turn the handle, but it wouldn't turn. I proceeded to go into my apartment and unlock the door completely unaware there was someone inside the storage closet.
