This place is infested with roaches and they won't do anything about the main source they will spray my apartment UT not the connecting ones which won't help I've spent my own money on multiple pesticides and again If the connecting apartments aren't doing anything it won't work they will keep coming back and now my kids aren't sleeping because there crawling on them I HATE THESE APARTMENTS !
I like the apt itself. But only being her less then two months and my first electric bill was 255 and the ac has been worked on as of today over 8 times. It just seems like it will not work when it’s 75 or higher outside. The office personnel and the maintenance crew have always been nice. But the AC issues are just beyond ridiculous.
Office staff no issue. The neighbors are horrible called TPD several times they just shut the door in their face office is aware of the issues with them. All they say it will cost 1600 to break lease or in 6 months we can pay $400 to move to a different location. We can't stand this place for this reason this place needs to do something about the crime rate.

I've lived here almost coming up on a year. And at first, this place was amazing. I mean they have a hot tub. But that's about it. I'm paying close to $1000 a month for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. May I remind you that it comes with carpet and I brought my own washer and dryer. Haha. This place is a joke.
