No one is ever available at the office the number on here listed is not a working number. I am unable to get an apartment because NO ONE WILL ANSWER!
This is the worst place ever. They lie and will take your money. Horrible
Promised 24 hr maintenance yet, called 5 times for someone to fix a faucet and my kitchen sink.. and NOTHING
Have lived here for 15 months and multiple issues with little response from office staff/maintenance. Day three with no air and no response, water heater broke they replaced it but left water in floor, carpets soaked, dirty towels in my sink, broke a decorative piece and left it in pieces. Followed by a gentlemen to my door and constantly bothered by him but can’t do anything until he acts. Many police episodes over last year etc just not what I thought I was signing up for when I signed lease.
RecommendedPeople are friend my neighbors are great and I am blessed to have a lovely 1 bedroom loft.
this place is a joke. issue after issue. I currently have squirrels in my attic. they have been there for 6 months at least. didn't know I signed a lease to pay rent for squirrels. The people that work here dont care about anyone or anything. they are just here for a paycheck.
