RecommendedI have lived here for a couple of years now and I must say my experience has been awesome. The floor plans are amazing. The staff is really great, they took the time I had everything I needed and I had a comfortable move in. I will definitely recommend your apartments to my friends who are currently looking for apartments to move to. Great job somerset.

I think this picture of missing dumbbells, punishing us residents for doing nothing, says so much about Olympus property management. If you like being treated like a child who can’t use common sense to “social distance”, Olympus Property is just right for you. This is in spite of gyms all around the area opening. Redstone at Santan Village is a real treasure trove. We also can’t swim after the office closes, as well as on Sundays and holidays. This place is a joke they took my kids money and gave them an apartment that is uninhabitable. The stove don’t work, the wires were spliced together, the dishwasher leaked water everywhere, the sink wouldn’t drain. The tiles in the bathroom had fallen off and nothing was fixed before they were to move in. The sink was leaking water so they put a glove up there to catch the water. The dog park fence has had a whole for almost a year. my dog has gotten out before and nearly got hit by 2 cars. They have the money to put up gates,can't even fix the dog park. I've seen other dogs escape through the whole. If a dog attacks a kid or another pet,they are liable. I've called and complained yet nothing has happened.

I have had work orders to fix my smoke detectors in both bedrooms in since February prior to the office being closed. They are still not fixed. This is a safety issue. This is a easy fix which has not been taken care of. Also, I was unaware my lease was up. Normally, the complex let’s you know that it is time to renew the lease.
