RecommendedHighly recommend Somerset Park Apartments! I’ve lived here before my lease now and the prices they have for a 2 bed 2 bath are unbeatable! By far the best prices you can get around, especially in a good area that’s close to everything! Even have washer and dryer hookups!! And they now have became a gated community which I love! The office staff is always super welcoming and helpful! 10/10 recommend

I have lived here for a couple of years now and I must say my experience has been awesome. The floor plans are amazing. The staff is really great, they took the time I had everything I needed and I had a comfortable move in. I will definitely recommend your apartments to my friends who are currently looking for apartments to move to. Great job somerset.

Desde que mi familia y yo nos movimos en diciembre del 2019,el apartamento supuestamente ya estába listo nos dieron las llaves,llegamos el techo del comedor debido a una filtración de agua que sale por el baño de arriba se está callendo en pedazos asta la fecha se reportó nunca se vino a arreglar,el extractor del lavaplatos cuando quiere ase su trabajo tengo una filtración en el closet del piso de bajo el cual reporte asta la fecha no se a echo nada,tengo conecciones para lavadora y secadora no función como se debería ise el... read more
This place is a joke they took my kids money and gave them an apartment that is uninhabitable. The stove don’t work, the wires were spliced together, the dishwasher leaked water everywhere, the sink wouldn’t drain. The tiles in the bathroom had fallen off and nothing was fixed before they were to move in. The sink was leaking water so they put a glove up there to catch the water. The dog park fence has had a whole for almost a year. my dog has gotten out before and nearly got hit by 2 cars. They have the money to put up gates,can't even fix the dog park. I've seen other dogs escape through the whole. If a dog attacks a kid or another pet,they are liable. I've called and complained yet nothing has happened.

I have had work orders to fix my smoke detectors in both bedrooms in since February prior to the office being closed. They are still not fixed. This is a safety issue. This is a easy fix which has not been taken care of. Also, I was unaware my lease was up. Normally, the complex let’s you know that it is time to renew the lease. Worse apartments in the world. Out floor in caving in. There’s roaches everywhere. Our handles and cabinet doors keep falling off from rusted nails. There’s no hot water at all and we were promised that we would have wood flooring and new appliances that we paid EXTRA for and we have nothing new and no wood flooring. This place is a joke. We’ve asked for maintenance multiple times a month since October and no one has even batted an eye.
