I was actually on the inside and when I tell you wolves in sheep clothing!!!!!! I did absolutely nothing to this company and they have handled me with such disgust. I have never been with a company with such low class Adrienne Rainey is so unprofessional and that is that!!!!the owner marc is no better.

The new management here at Somerset is HORRIBLE, she always has an attitude and seems very unapproachable!. I'm on the lease but was told by the manager that I am not and she can only speak to the lease holder. Again I AM on the lease, I was also shown proof of this by the leasing agent. There is always something going wrong with them, at times it feels like my family and I are being picked out to be picked on! RUN, RUN FAR, RUN FAST!! They trick you into what you are getting by showing you a model but the apartment that you will get is NOTHING like the one you are shown. If the apartment you are given is anything like ours, it won't be clean, it smells and they will tell you that they will fix it. It takes them 2 weeks or more to fix issues that you have. I even talked with the property manager who is just someone on a power trip. We have resided in the apartment for 3 weeks and will be moving out ASAP. They are also requiring us ... read more

Why is it excellent? I’ll tell you why these apartments are SO AMAZING!! They raise your rent in the middle of a lease with no notifications! They love closing down with no explanation! The best thing is, they ALWAYS come and fix things when you need them fixed. I’ve had loose plugs, leaking refrigerator, Broken dishwasher, non working kitchen light and a balcony door that won’t close, and they NVER CAME IN!! Woah, amazing right? I just recently moved into Somerset Park and I have to say I love my townhome. It is so cute! I love the private balcony. The staff was super nice. I had a minor issue on working the microwave, but they quickly sent a maintenance guy over to assist me!

Since I been here for the last 6 months it’s been a cool place to stay. The office staff are cool and since I been here they addressed any questions or any work orders I’ve put in. The maintenance staff have always taken care of business if I had any maintenance issues. It’s a cool place to live.
I have never had any problems with maintenance or staff, Very satisfactory.
