The management at this place are straight up SCAMMERS! If someone’s apartment above yours pipes break and floods out your apartment...THEY ARE GOING TO CHARGE YOU $1700! This place does not offer livable conditions and will harass the hell out of you. My recommendation is to keep looking elsewhere!!!

It’s unrealistic to think that living in an apartment community would come without some issues. Naturally, we have had things that needed to be fixed. RecommendedIt’s been almost two months since I moved here. Everyone from the front office to the maintenance crew have been so nice, accommodating, and helpful. We really enjoy living here so far and we look forward to when it gets warmer to use the beautiful swimming pool and meet more neighbors.

RecommendedI have lived at Grand Mason for over 3 years and its great. The office staff is very nice and helpful and my apartment feels like home.
If you are lucky you might live in a quiet area of the complex. If not, expect to be awoken at all hours of the day and night. You will be treated to screaming, yelling, running, banging, loud music, slamming doors, and barking dogs. If you value your sleep this is not the place for you.
There is a favored bunch of residents that behave as if they run the place. They play the office to get what they want and have complete disregard for the rules. The office is unprofessional enough to go along with whatever these people want just to be ‘accepted’ by them. It is a complete disgrace to property management.
