I informed Rotech twice, weeks before the shipment that my mask had changed and they shipped me the wrong mask. They did have a note of one of my calls informing them of this. The phone call went well except for the "breaking up" of the conversation and not being able to clearly understand what they were saying but we got through it. I'll wait to see how the new shipment goes and my return. Apple was the one on the phone helping me and she did a great job.
