Chatting today with Bailey Y. was very easy to get my CPAP supplies ordered. I didn't have to answer 100 questions. I told him what I wanted, he verified what machine and mask I had along with my address and that's it. My supplies are being shipped.

when your ordering, they are great ,im old sclool so i need to talk to a human to better understand I always get large ,wanted my large mask but wanted to try a medium head strap, she said no problem .when my order arrived it had medium masks, I DID NOT OPEN PACKAGE when i called to return i got a complete runaround and basicly telling me that i approved the order he was very hard to understand,, said needed supervisor approval and call me back well no return call

DO NOT USE ROTECH or SLEEP CENTRAL Regular mistakes in shipping and billing mistakes. When Rotech/Sleep Central makes errors, the customer is expected to catch their mistake, address the errors, and the customer pays the price! They have some very nice people, however, others are rude, impatient, and curt. Probably because they work for company with poor customer service policies and have to regularly deal with unhappy customers. Also note they overcharge on CPAP devices and supplies.
