Not professional! They NEVER return phone calls. The oxygen equipment I use is below standard, old, loud and inadequate. Apparently I have too many oxygen sources and must return one- says JARED. JARED ihas Threatened me, until I return one device HE WILL NOT Service my tanks or equipment!! I even offered to pay for the portable oxygen with my own money- and he said I couldn't do that!! I won't be a customer much longer!!

I work for another home medical company in the Ironwood area that is not affiliated with this store. I called Great Lakes Home Medical in Negaunee to get the scoop on their coverage areas for a client who is out of our service range. when your ordering, they are great ,im old sclool so i need to talk to a human to better understand I always get large ,wanted my large mask but wanted to try a medium head strap, she said no problem .when my order arrived it had medium masks, I DID NOT OPEN PACKAGE when i called to return i got a complete runaround and basicly telling me that i approved the order he was very hard to understand,, said needed supervisor approval and call me back well no return call

Horrible business.... Dysfunctional, unorganized, never return phone calls, can't get an order straight, very dishonest & extremely phony. So sweet and phony honey drips from their lips. Some may think they are nice, they are just phony! They run around like chickens with their heads cut-off. You have to wait months to get an order. Needs better management and more people who can do their jobs instead of giving sick, dying, elderly, children the constant run around!!!

This 5 Star review is for Hailey, an awesome respiratory technician, who recognized the urgency for my husband to have a concentrator delivered without delay as he was discharged from the hospital yesterday after having major back surgery and was having trouble maintaining his oxygen level. As soon as she arrived, she set up the concentrator and in a matter of minutes, my husband started to feel better.
