When Rotech/Sleep Central makes errors, the customer is expected to catch their mistake, address the errors, and the customer pays the price! They have some very nice people, however, others are rude, impatient, and curt. Sleep Central keeps sending me emails and leaving voice mails saying I am past due for ordering supplies and that I may order by phone or online yet when I attempt to order online my order is not processed in a timely manner if at all.

Charli Langston helped me with finding a special hose for my Cpap machine. Because I use oxygen 24/7 I need a special attachment on my hose that attaches my oxygen to the Clap machine. The last time I received supplies they shipped me the wrong hose but I didn't notice it in time to send it back. Charli made sure that she updated my history so that it shows the correct hose with the oxygen attachment.
