! for the way she handled my problem. I had trouble getting an order filled. She contacted me through email and apologized for the problem and immediately set about to rectify it. An item was shipped to me that I did not request. I called to return it the day I received it and was told I could not without a $15 restocking fee. I called to order nasal cushions and was sent the nasal cushions and mask. Never asked for the mask. When I spoke to the supervisor regarding this, she continuously talked over me and would not let me state anything. There is great customer service when you are starting with the company, but when you have an issue regarding payment or return, they are horrible.
