If I could give this place zero stars, I would. For 6 months now they have dragged on and on with an order for a CPAP machine that my doctor sent to them. First, when I initially called to find out what they needed from me in order to get my CPAP, I was told that they would contact me when everything was ready so they could complete the order. Chatted with EMILY S. this morning. What a pleasure. She was prompt with her responses to my questions and corrected my order in a timely manner.
An item was shipped to me that I did not request. I called to return it the day I received it and was told I could not without a $15 restocking fee. I called to order nasal cushions and was sent the nasal cushions and mask. Never asked for the mask. When I spoke to the supervisor regarding this, she continuously talked over me and would not let me state anything. There is great customer service when you are starting with the company, but when you have an issue regarding payment or return, they are horrible.
Had online chat with Jessica about supplies (type, names, etc.). Jessica is an excellent customer service representative. She was knowledgeable, informative, prompt with replies and most courteous.
