On 3/13/23 I emailed Sleep Central with regard to the size of my face mask. By Saturday I had a response from them. They were very informative and gave me some options. I was very with the way this was handled.

On Wednesday, April 5th, Stannisha was a tremendous help to me! I did not receive all of the supplies that I needed and I had a difficult time getting them re-ordered both online and through the phone order system. I did not receive a phone call the end of March as was noted in another email. Stannisha heard me and was able to fill all of my requests. Thank you for addressing my refill and concerns!
