I just chatted with Emily S and was surprised with how well this chat went. I ordered my mask, tubing, pillows, water chamber, etc. She processed the order and I will be receiving it soon. As I am having problems with my oxygen concentrator, she provided me with their telephone number. Emily was prompt, kind and patient. Kudos for her! I love Rotech, a thousand times better than Lincare.
