I've been struggling to get supplies from these people I called to see if there was an insurance issue. There is not. I have placed orders and nothing ever happens. I never receive anything. I talked to another lady named Kate and asked her about an order. I need everything. Especially a new chamber. I received the initial equipment in March and got a shipment of nose pads and filters once since I've had the gear.
