It was my pleasure to chat online with Haley S., yet another great Sleep Central agent. Friendly and courteous--and with the sense to know when to inject a bit of humor into what was an irritating problem for me. By that time in the chat she'd already taken care of solving that issue and so I enjoyed her "lol" comment. I'd be happy to chat with her again but all the SC agents have been great. They're why I continue to order my CPAP supplies--with rare exceptions--from them.
