Hadn't received my supplies from an order back in September. I inadvertently placed 2 orders by mistake. Contacted Sleep Central and clicked on CHAT. Was connected to Tonya N. What a pleasant chat. Tonya was able to find out that since I had placed 2 orders, neither of them had been placed. She looked at my file and determined that I was due for replacement supplies on Oct 11th. I got excellent service from Lissa (Valissa) @Rotech Sleep Central. She identified the cpap item that I needed - even showed a photo of the special tubing. The order was processed quickly & smoothly.

AVOID THIS COMPANY ROTECH AT ALL COST!! 3 YEARS OF PULLING TEETH TO GET Decent equipment and service !! I would leave a negative if I could! This company has the most incompetent LAZY people I have ever met!! They come to your house to collect your equipment if the doctor doesn’t write the order up to their standards! Which in itself is ridiculous! This tactic is and does, delay the necessary equipment from being delivered to the patient! I have had equipment from them that I need 24/7, Oxygen!
