The Indian guy wanted to just get me off the phone so he can go to other phone calls instead of putting me over to the right queue. He kept coming back on the line saying he has to let me go so he can take other calls. He said because he’s not allowed to keep me in the queue while I wait for other people to answer the phone on the other end. Had a good experience with my customer service rep, Romiesha D. Not only was my question answered, but I was able to be taken care of with ordering my CPAP supplies right then and there. I just spoke with Mykala B. regarding numerous issues I was having as a first time user with my CPAP unit. After going through several sleep studies at home and one out of home it has been determined that I'm in serious need of using a CPAP. At the sleep center an entirely different mask was used and I had no issues falling to sleep or any uncomfortable wear issues. I informed Rotech twice, weeks before the shipment that my mask had changed and they shipped me the wrong mask. They did have a note of one of my calls informing them of this. The phone call went well except for the "breaking up" of the conversation and not being able to clearly understand what they were saying but we got through it. I'll wait to see how the new shipment goes and my return. Apple was the one on the phone helping me and she did a great job.
