Hali M. was very helpful in a situation where it is difficult to be helpful. I need to reinstate my oxygen for my cpap setup and unfortunately for Sleep Central, they are tied to Rotech>Hooks Medical Equipment for the oxygen machines. Stay away from Rotech's oxygen branch because their customer service is beyond abysmal! They have a crazy telephone triage system that just routes the customer down a rabbit hole no matter which option you select and NO ONE returns calls! I have been shipped the wrong mask after providing pictures of correct one even after they verified the correct number. I went back and forth 4 times and I still received the wrong one. Sadly, the service I have experienced is less than one but they did not have a minus. Very Very Bad
I'm a new patient to Rotech & I've been trying to get my first CPAP supply order since 08/14/2024. Today I spoke to Hali M via the chat option on the Rotech website. She managed to find the problem & stayed with me until she finally had a resolution. I very much appreciated her efforts & I finally got a good feel for the company. Thanks again, Hali!
Spoke with Katela, from Sleep Central concerning a wrong heated hose that was sent to me with my supply order. She took care of my problem fast and in a friendly manner. I am very satisfied with the resolution to my issue. Keep up the great work!
My mom has used G&G Medical for her oxygen supply company for many years. When she lived in her home they serviced her concentrator and brought tanks as she needed them. Now she's in an assisted living center and they continue to provide her oxygen needs there on a regular basis. Also her family can pick up supplies as needed in the office where we always find the personnel to be friendly and helpful. Thank you G&G Medical.
