I'm a new patient to Rotech & I've been trying to get my first CPAP supply order since 08/14/2024. Today I spoke to Hali M via the chat option on the Rotech website. My mom has used G&G Medical for her oxygen supply company for many years. When she lived in her home they serviced her concentrator and brought tanks as she needed them. Now she's in an assisted living center and they continue to provide her oxygen needs there on a regular basis. Also her family can pick up supplies as needed in the office where we always find the personnel to be friendly and helpful. Thank you G&G Medical.
