I have been shipped the wrong mask after providing pictures of correct one even after they verified the correct number. I went back and forth 4 times and I still received the wrong one. Sadly, the service I have experienced is less than one but they did not have a minus. Very Very Bad
I'm a new patient to Rotech & I've been trying to get my first CPAP supply order since 08/14/2024. Today I spoke to Hali M via the chat option on the Rotech website.
