Had a problem with my mask. Started a chat with Penny. Minutes later my new equipment was on the way. Couldn't of been easier. Thank you.
I am supposed to be set up on automatic to received my cpap supplies. After not hearing anything regarding my next order I emailed Sleep Central. I only received a confirmation of them receiving the email. Three days later I received an email that my supplies were being shipped. Does this mean that I had to remind them to send out my supplies? The Indian guy wanted to just get me off the phone so he can go to other phone calls instead of putting me over to the right queue. He kept coming back on the line saying he has to let me go so he can take other calls. He said because he’s not allowed to keep me in the queue while I wait for other people to answer the phone on the other end.
