I called Sleep Central today and spoke with Shelia B. I’d had some problems getting my order for BiPap supplies. Shelia dug right in and actually found out what the delay was. She even pinpointed exactly where my package was and approximately when it would be delivered. Needless to say, all of this was very time consuming. She was happy to track down my order. It was refreshing to speak to someone who does their job well and goes the extra mile for customers. Cheerful and very kind lady.
