I forgot to inform them I had a new cpap machine. I sent an email to request a rma. They were very prompt in responding to my request. I gave them my new machine information and they are sending my new supplies.
Their customer service tech WHITNEY,S reached out to me via text to help me process my order. She was very helpful & knowledgeable. She seemed to really care to be sure my order was accurate &sent me an email to confirm my order. Everything was easily processed &very accurate. It was my pleasure to chat online with Haley S., yet another great Sleep Central agent. Friendly and courteous--and with the sense to know when to inject a bit of humor into what was an irritating problem for me. By that time in the chat she'd already taken care of solving that issue and so I enjoyed her "lol" comment. I'd be happy to chat with her again but all the SC agents have been great. They're why I continue to order my CPAP supplies--with rare exceptions--from them.
