ZERO PRESSURE! we went to look at a specific used truck we found online. we had financing pre-approval, but STM beat that with less paperwork and hassle. the truck was even better than we hoped, for the age. awesome condition. Have only purchased our cars from sth motors Always been a seamless transaction. Support your friends, support your community and sth motors has been a staple in my community.
My experience with the Quick Lane has been positive with only once that comes to mind. But the issue was not a big deal since I got a awesome deal from their Mazda dealership for almost nothing out of pocket since being owned by the same company they saved this from being a bad review.

Scheduled my 2011 Mustang in for factory recall for air bag inflator and Phillip, the service writer who waited on me had technician get right on it as told him I needed car by noon as I was waiting for it and was done at 8:30 the morning of my 7:30 appointment. Conflicted and What the FOB!!! I recently purchased a used 2014 Ram 1500 from the Ford lot and while the most Stressful part of vehicle purchase went smooth and my experience with the Quik-lube for new tires was Great! I'm really disappointed in the Follow-up by the Dealership as it relates to the Extra-Key that my salesman promised he would get from the master key storage! By far the best car buying experience I have ever had! Brian, John and Ty worked on my deal all together, kept me informed the entire time and gave me the best deal they could get. I felt like family the second I walked in. I had to rush out to head to work, came back the next day for my car to be detailed and cleaned. The entire staff welcomed me back. John and Brian took care of me as if I was their own daughter. Forever thankful for you guys!
