This is the worse customer service experience I have ever had. Me and my son bought a car 1 year ago. It's been broken down or at the shop more that it has been driven. We still continue to have issue with no resolution. Although it is covered under warranty we still get the runaround. We have been paying on a car for over a year that sits more than it's driven. I have always had a positive experience at the service department no matter which vehicle I have. The most recent was still good. I have not issues with my Explorer it was in for a routine oil change is is working great and the milage is increasing every month. Thank you.
I came limping in with a bad break problem. I was hoping they could help get me back on the road while I waited. My timing could not have been better. Parts were in stock and I had a tech who could get to me right away. two hours later I was back on the road with new brakes, problem fixed.
Seems like the level of professionalism is just not there anymore. After using the Fast Lane for many years I just all of a sudden don't feel that comfortable in the over all experience. Had my 2004 F150 in the other day for an oil change and the "works". Fast lane has always given me great service. I have three cars that I take to Sil-Terhar. A car wash for my Lincoln saves me a lot of time. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
I bought my car a little over a month ago and had nothing but problems. Today was it for me after driving my kids to the daycare house. On the highway going 65mph my car shuts off and me being 6 months pregnant the jerked forward pushing my stomach against the steering wheel. I couldn't even pull over on the highway my steering wheel locked and then all of a sudden it started back up! Me and my kids could of gotten in a serious car accident! Fantastic service; that was the best and easiest car buying experience ever!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I'm so excited, we will probably be loyal customers as long as we are in Colorado.
