Well taken care of. Service was performed as requested.
I had a problem with diesel jelling up in my F350 6.4. I dropped my truck off, Phil listened to my explanation of what happened. I did not have an appt, but dropped it off anyway. Got me truck back the next day. I appreciate the prompt response and service. My only issue would be the need to make an appt. for every visit. It took a longer time frame for the Appt. Coordinator to respond. My only issue. I will continue to bring my truck to Sill-Terhar for service.

Sil-Terhar asked me for my opinion of their service and of the 2017 F-Pace Jaguar that I had towed into their service department beause it would not start or take a battery charge in Casper where I had just driver it from Buffalo, Wyoming. The service technician is awesome and does everything he can to repair the car. Tina is also very helpful. I did reply to their request for my opinion by email to their company. Recently dropped in to have my battery replaced at Sill-Terhar, within 10-15 minutes they had tested my old battery. Indicated my battery was still good and that I should just buy a battery charger instead of replacing. They easily could have sold and installed a new battery as I had originally requested. Really appreciated their honesty and prompt service. Will be back when I need my 2014 Ford Transit Connect serviced !!!! Thanks...Ken Hardwick from Arvada
