I have had a couple service issues over the last six months and the service department has gone above and beyond trying to make my experience the best it can be. I thank them for taking care of me and my car.
They dont seem to walk the talk. Brought my car in for routine oil change & mirror problem evaluation. They had my car for over 10 hours & didn't get the oil changed. They prioritized "walk-in" business over my business (I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance). They did evaluate the mirror but wanted to keep my car for at least another day, maybe more, to complete the repair. Cost of the repair seemed high also. Always attentive always the best
They worked hard to help me through a difficult mechanical problem on my truck.
Unfortunately my truck problems are still unresolved after my last (and third) visit for front hub replacement. Also unfortunately my truck is now out of warranty. The front end grinding is at the point that the vehicle is unpleasant to drive, making replacement inevitable. Chevy is looking very good right now.
Great sales and service teams. When maintenance is required, work is done correctly ( the first time) and to my satisfaction. Staff is always courteous and helpful.
Great service. Looking forward to Using them in the future.
