Service was good but way overpriced. I was charged $121 for a minor tailgate handle replacement. The part was $30 (reasonable) but labor was based on a $153 per hour rate. That price is outrageous!! Next time I will take my vehicle to another mechanic.
RecommendedHad my Heavy Duty, Ford F-350 in for an oil change, fuel filters and air filter, etc. When a fuel line accidentally broke, Steve immediately offered me a loaner .. GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Trust my truck to Sill-TerHar and will be back!
Appointment was made, service work was done and the service advisor called to let me know the vehicle was done.

I want to give a shout out to LISA!!!!! I came in wanting a F250 her and Alicia did every thing possible to get me in it. Things were not on my side at the moment. Service department's customer service is outstanding! All technician's are kind and genuinely helpful and update me frequently on the progress of my vehicle. Highly recommend them!
I am so pleased with my experience at Sill-Terhar. I was in need of upgrading to an SUV and TJ helped me find my dream car, effortlessly. Normally I feel so pressured when going to a car dealership but he made the process so easy AND affordable and I was out within an hour! I’m so pleased with the service and in love with my car!
