Sill-Terhar service team was more than I expected. I took my car in after another dealership couldn't find out what was wrong with it. From the moment I walked in, they took care of me. Their service was top notch!
Came in to buy a new Explorer after a terrible experience at O'Meara Ford. John Estrada was wonderful! He was happy to let us look at a few different Explorers until we found the one we liked. He walked us through the paperwork and numbers with ease and was truly upfront and honest about the entire process. We were comfortable and never felt like we were being haggled. After A WEEK of holding my car with no clear communication, I finally got her back. Sill Terhar motors held my car for a week for a 5 hour recall job. We had three different people telling us three different stories which we found were all lies. I made an appointment a week ahead and they never cared to order parts or let me know any updates on my parts. They didn’t start until Friday afternoon when the parts got in Thursday morning. Purchased my new car over the July 4th weekend. Overall it was a great experience! TJ and Ryland helped me with the sale and I was very pleased with all interaction.
