Great experience and follow up from everyone at the dealership. As I purchased my MKZ earlier in the month and had a small problem with a taillight each person made sure that I was taken care of. They ordered the part and scheduled a loaner the following week for the service to be completed. Overall the best experience I have ever had with a dealership.

We worked with TJ at Sill Terhar Ford. He was excellent at answering all our questions and went above and beyond when we had a question or concern. All their sales people are more than helpful and laid back and not pushy like most of the other dealers we have tried. I highly recommend Sill Terhar and they are worth the drive to Broomfield for the best service and sales people in the city.
I recently had a small warranty issue with my Lincoln MKX. The service dept was very accommodating. Shelley scheduled an appointment for us. We were provided with a loaner vehicle. Zayne, in the service dept, kept us informed about the progress. We were very satisfied with the service received.
Stopped in for an oil change today at the ford quick lane. Josh was great to work with and had me in and out of there in less than an hour. Shortly after I left, I had an issue and came back. He made the situation right. Most other dealerships would have told me to kick rocks. I was not very happy but he made sure I left happy and I will definitely be back for service and this summer to purchase because of HIM.
