They always take very good personal care of me when I’m there. Whether I’m trading vehicles or having my vehicle serviced. They are very personable and friendly and so nice to work with.
I have always used Sill-Terhar for my service. Having been gone the last four years and returning again for service I was shocked to be billed $81.72 to have just regular oil change and when I questioned him he told me they checked fluids. I will not return. That price is double what I paid to have Lincoln dealer elsewhere do same work.

Bobby Dean was very helpful and kept me up to date on the progress. When my phone decided to not cooperate he offered to try texting to reach me. His quotes were good and there was a slight glitch in the final paperwork which was resolved right away. They even warmed up my truck so I didn’t drive away in a cold vehicle.
I have always received great service from Sill-Terhar Ford. Great quick service. They even did the send in for my new tires one less thing I had to do and I really appreciate it. I am on my 3rd ford from them always great people and service. Thank you!
