Great customer service. I’ve been there twice now, and both times, the customer service experience was impressive.
Been gone a while traveling but I came back to great service and customer support.
We recently took our Mercury Grand Marquis in for a recall part to be replaced, the service manager a long with another service manager checked the lights out and both gave me assurance that the problem would be fixed. This was my first time at Sill-Terhar for service and was very pleased with the both managers being down to earth and made me feel comfortable that the job will be done right, and it was, I will be confident in taking our car there again for service, thank you!
Went to buy a new Jaguar tonight and was not even greeted by an employee, let alone shone any vehicles. Very unprofessional!
