I am 64 years old and I remember, at about 10 years old, my dad buying a new truck from Jack Terhar Sr. I've purchased many vehicles from them since. Greg, Robert, and Cara are the greatest!! I recommend them to all my friends and relatives.
I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was. When I got there the line was pretty long, in fact I almost left, but a rep was out checking me in within just a few minutes and the wait time for completing the service was pretty short.
Love our new Ford Escape! Great car and great people to deal with!
Poor evaluation of my car. When I brought it into the fast lane and needed to leave it, the service representative looked at the center console latch that was not working and said he could fix it. When I picked up the car, he said he would need to order parts and that it would take several weeks to get them in. My husband was able to reconnect the parts (I had all of them) and fixed the latch in about 20 minutes. and - when I needed to repair the back bumper, it took the team over 6 weeks to get me in.
