I'd give Del and the main service department ����but the department that fixed our slow leaking tire (1 pound per week) needs improvement. The next day the repaired tire on our MKX was flat. Anyone with entry level training should know they have to check their repair after patching a tire. And, it would have have been considerate for them to have cleaned the fingerprints and grease off of the rim.
Service was fast and courteous, report card came back with all levels good on my Mazda 3. Turns out out my antifreeze was way low and needed attention also never mentioned my check engine light was on and never noted. Also had my new Ford F-150 in for a scheduled appointment at 7:30 on same date and also wanted oil change done and tires rotated. Left car picked up at 3 when I got in truck still had plastic on seats and the oil reminder sticker was not on windshield. I like sil Tehar but it seams they have there off days.
I had a small light out, and they treated me with great courtesy. The service was quick, the coffee was good, and they threw in a free car wash, all for less than the price of a Starbucks
I have been a Sill-Terhar customer since 1978, they treat me like I am family. Have never had a bad experience with them.
We recently had our Lincoln Towncar repaired with a new rear bumper and then an all body buff out. The car looks like new. The service was great and also very importantly the communication was terrific. The repairs were done on time for the amount quoted. We would highly recommend Sill-Terhar.
My son's explorer check engine light came on as well as the car needing an oil change, so he took it to the quick lane for a quick diagnosis. They were very curt and unprofessional and told him that the alternator needed to be replaced immediately but that they couldn't get him in for 2.5 weeks. I arrived for my appointment a day early and even so I was pleased that they could fit me in. I was kept informed about the status of my repair throughout as I waited and in the end I received a complimentary vacuum and wash. Great experience!
I used the QuickLane service for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel lock installation. It was a busy Friday, but it didn't take all that long and I appreciate the multi-point inspection, bringing attention to future issues, and they washed my car, too. A little pricier than a chain quick-lube place to be sure, but worth it knowing my Lincoln is being serviced by technicians trained to know a Lincoln. When it's time for my next scheduled maintenance, I know where I'm going. Thanks!
These folks are tops in my book. Larry Miller Ford, where I bought my truck new, had my truck in their shop 6 days and couldn't figure out why it wouldn't start, among other problems. When it did the same thing two weeks later, I couldn't even get a call back from them when it stranded me on the road. I will never go back there.
