I recently had my CX-9 serviced for the front brakes - when I was picked up my car, Aaron in service noticed a portion of the bill that he thought was excessive, so he knocked $100 off the balance. Plus he gave me a couple slices of pizza!
As always, Sill-Terhar did an amazing job on my Explorer. The Collision Center was extremely professional and my SUV looks like new again! While having my SUV in the shop, they took it over to Quick Lane and completed my service. This saved me time and I appreciate everything that was done to make my experience a positive one.
We have been coming to Sill-terhar for over fifty years and receive great service with expert service. I'm a person who expects honest and great service Sill-terhar is a bussiness that I have full faith and they have provided in all aspects .
I like the dealership I used the quick lane service . I had a coupon for what's called the works which is a Lube oil and filter , inspection , rotate tires the coupon was for $39.99 . When I got my bill it was $70 . The coupon stated that it covered 5 quarts of oil and I would have to pay for two . $10 a quart come on think it's a little strong . Sill Terhar is stellar. From start to finish, my experience in buying two Volvos from them has been flawless. Brent Hight is incredibly personal and goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of. His enthusiasm is truly infectious. Steve, Zayne and Angela all make going in feel like visiting old friends. And then Jack comes out with the wine and you feel like a queen.
