Had an intermittent powertrain issue with my 2014 F150, and Phil at the service desk did an incredible job of getting the issues diagnosed, and repaired while I was out of town. Phil kept me informed every step of the way. Great customer service from a shop and personnel that I trust. Thank you Phil.
Sill-Terhar is wonderful in their Ford section! Used to own a Volvo and had awful service there with that car. But I now have a Lincoln and get treated so nicely over on the ford side!
Brian was awesome along with all the staff there. Would definitely buy again. Still going strong with my little Toyota Yaris but i I'm eyeing a truck or an escape. <3 <3

I can't say enough good things about this place! Ralph our sales guy was wonderful, super knowledgeable yet no pressure. Genuine & kind. I told him my price & what I wanted & he found it. The whole process took 30 minutes. If it weren't for Ralph we may have went elsewhere. When I noticed a clutch issue with the car the first day, they took care of it immediately. Mitch & George knew exactly what to do & fixed it right away. I am very very happy with my Sill-Tehar Motors!
I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service I continually receive from Sill TerHar Ford in Broomfield. I leased a new F150 from them in June of 2016. The sales rep I worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, and not high-pressure/used-car-salesy. The truck had some damage to the engine compartment from wildlife, and they went out of their way to fix the problem. Sill-Terhar is OUTSTANDING. My Lincoln MKZ needed mechanical service and body work. All staff were GREAT. They took care of me. Del made sure I had a loaner even for the body work.
