Sill Terhar Mazda Review: Their services are way overpriced ($75 for an oil change) and the staff can be rude and abrupt at times. They could care a less about your issues. There are times where I have to call multiple times before I can get somebody on the phone and that's during normal business hours. The only reason I go to them is that they are only Mazda experts I'm aware of in the Broomfield area.
Quick Lane always treats me with respect and provides excellent customer service. Also, we have purchased 2 new cars this past year from Jeff, in sales, and had a wonderful experience with him!
Have purchased two CX5's from SILL-TERHAR, all aspects from shopping ,to service work have been excellent. Very much like Castrol oil they use at Mazda Service dept. , have been treated pleasantly by all at the dealership. Plan on shopping their for next vehicle. Thank You, Vaughn Barker
